Senior HR Data Specialist
Tes has been with the Department of Human Resources since 1984. In her current role as Senior HR Data Specialist, Tes is responsible for data administration of Human Resources data. Tes reviews the integrity of HR data entered by HR staff and by employees through self-service applications. She is also responsible for the completion and reporting of all HR and related surveys. Tes partners with key teams and departments of the University community including IT, Institutional Research, Budget Office, Provost Office, University Finance Office on a variety of special projects and activities.
