This position supports the Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX. In support of the University’s mission, values and goals, this position leads investigations. Under the direction of the Director of Equal Opportunity & Title IX Coordinator, the EO/Title IX Investigator primary responsibility will be to conduct investigations into allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual assault, harassment, discrimination, bullying, and/or retaliation by students, faculty, or staff of clients, and to produce well-written, comprehensive reports that include clear, comprehensive fact-finding and analyses as needed.

Under the general direction of the Director for Workforce Planning, the Senior HR Partner is responsible for the management, administration and consultative services in the areas of full-cycle talent  management and employee relations. This position ensures compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and company policies/procedures. These duties are performed in support of HR efforts to advance the University's mission, values and goals.

The Principal Gifts team (PG) supports transformative fundraising gifts, each in excess of $2,000,000 at Santa Clara University by providing customized information and analyses that contribute to building and maintaining donor relationships and strengthening connections to the University. The PG team works collaboratively with each other, including the development officers, prospect management and analytics, and other teams in university relations and offices across campus, to ensure the university meets its fundraising goals.
