We are the part of the Department of Human Resources responsible for all aspects of the payroll operations including the transmission and reporting of all employment taxes and the production of year end forms including W-2 and 1042 forms.
The timely and accurate processing of the University's semi-monthly payroll is a collaborative process between employees, managers and administrative offices, including the Department of Human Resources.
Payroll Manager
Michelle is responsible for preparation, accurate processing, and timely delivery of University's payroll, including the processing of employees' payroll information updates such as deductions, direct deposit, tax withholding status, and one-time/supplemental payments.
Payroll Associate
Silvonnah provides support to all payroll functions, such as payroll-related communication, data entry, and changes to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of payroll processes. She also serves as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries and assists the Payroll Manager in processing precise reports and audits.
