Daniella Lubey serves as the Senior Program Director of Immersions. She provides robust experience leading international and domestic programs and developing cohort experiences before travel. Before joining SCU, she worked with various study abroad provider organizations, at Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism in San Francisco, as a study abroad advisor at the University of San Francisco, studied abroad and worked in Italy, and taught English in Istanbul, Turkey. 

With a Master’s of Science in Organization Development, she uses her experiences to improve the cohort dynamics of students in community-based experiential learning programs. Daniella has coordinated and led short-term programs in the Dominican Republic, South Korea, Thailand, England, New Zealand, Italy, Colombia, and many more! She has traveled internationally to over 30 countries in North America, Central America, the Caribbean, South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, dancing, art shows and spending time with family and friends.
