Diana Contreras-Chavez serves as the Program Director of Immersions. She earned her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Chicanx-Latinx Studies from the University of San Francisco (USF) and her M.A. in Counseling with an emphasis in Latinx Psychology from Santa Clara University (SCU). Prior to joining the Ignatian Center team, Diana worked diligently for various nonprofit organizations throughout Santa Clara and San Mateo County, where she focused on providing services and resources to hard-to-reach communities. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, yoga, hiking, rollerblading, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
