Data are as of census and are presented by Fall terms

Includes:

• Staff employees that are in SCU's system of record as of Fall term

Excludes:

• Staff on leave without pay                                                                   
• Staff in the military or religious orders who are not paid by your institution
• Staff whose services are contracted by or donated to the institution (e.g. volunteerism)
• Casual staff (hired on an ad-hoc or occasional basis to meet short-term needs)
• Undergraduate students
• Students in the College Work-Study Program

The Staff visualization presents staff by SOC Manual, race and ethnicity/non-resident alien, gender, and full-time/part-time status.

• Race and Ethnicity/Non-resident alien: These data reflect the status as of the fall term of each reporting year.
