Sr. Instructional Designer
XinYun joined SCU in 2024 as a Senior Instructional Designer, specializing in online course design. She holds a Ph.D. in Learning, Design, and Technology from Penn State University and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design from the University of Oklahoma. During her time working at the College of Engineering at Penn State, she consulted with faculty and students by offering solutions that enhanced their instructional and learning strategies. She also led research on learning psychology and teaching and learning with technology. XinYun's UX design experience further strengthens her ability to create engaging, user-centered learning experiences tailored to the evolving needs of online learners
