Cyberinfrastructure Technologies

Our services connect the members of the SCU community, and help to enable their work to build a more humane, just, and sustainable world.

We do this by:

  • Providing secure, reliable IT services;
  • Making those services easy to use;
  • Working in collaboration with our partners across campus;
  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service;
  • Continuously improving the security, reliability, and usability of those services.

Cyberinfrastructure Technologies manages SCU's campus-wide IT infrastructure, including the wired and wireless networks, telephone services, identity and account management, authentication (single sign-on and Duo 2FA), collaboration (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, file sharing), the campus data centers, and server hosting and management, both on-premise and in the cloud.

Cyberinfrastructure Technologies also provides local academic computing support for the College of Arts and Sciences, and the School of Engineering.

The director for Cyberinfrastructure Technologies is Carol Jordan.
