Official transcripts for the Jesuit School of Theology are handled by JST's Registrar, Mack Griffith.

Transcript requests must be made in writing.

Please submit the JST-SCU Transcript Request Form.

  • Please be sure to include the name used when you were a student at JST-SCU if it is different from your current name.
  • You will receive an email from the JST-SCU registrar if additional information is needed to process your request.
