Official transcripts for the Jesuit School of Theology are handled by JST's Registrar, Mack Griffith.

Transcript requests must be made in writing. Please fill out, sign, and submit the transcript request form. You can return the form in one of the following ways:

  • Attach a scanned copy of the signed PDF form in an email to Mack Griffith, jstregistrar@scu.edu.
