Peer Mentor
Hi my name is Sophia Irinco. I am from Salinas, CA. I am a senior majoring in Ethnic Studies and minoring in Biology. My favorite classes I have taken at SCU so far are Microbiology and African American Literature and Comedy!
A few fun facts about me are that I have been collecting vinyl records since I was 13, I love to paddleboard in the ocean, and I am a swim instructor.
In addition to LEAD, some other organizations I am involved in are Barkada, the Filipino and Filipino American club on campus and I am a research assistant for the Art and Art History Department.
I'm looking forward to meeting all of you during LEAD week!
