The Library is pleased to present a panel discussion on Acts of Faith: The Story of an American Muslim, the Struggle for the Soul of a Generation by Eboo Patel.
Please join us for a program that will include an introduction to the work of the Interfaith Youth Core, the nonprofit founded by Eboo Patel that is building the interfaith youth movement. The program will also include a moderated panel presentation by students from the Interfaith Council on what Patel's mission means to them.
The event will be held Monday, November 12 beginning at 4 p.m. in the Saint Clare Room on the 3rd floor of the Learning Commons. The event is free and open to the public. It is not necessary to read the book to attend the event, but copies are available for purchase in the campus bookstore. SCU students, faculty, and staff can read the book online or borrow a copy through LINK+.
The event is co-sponsored by the Library, Campus Ministry, and the Multicultural Center.
