Devise a values-driven approach to instruction that aligns with SCU's evolving academic needs, builds sustainable capacity, and empowers students and faculty through thoughtful, sustainable, and impactful learning experiences.

Core Objectives

1. Align the Library's instructional offerings with evolving student and faculty needs including new technologies, AI literacy, and SCU's Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs).
2. Sustain instructional capacity by developing shared, adaptable learning assets that enable consistent and impactful engagement across courses and formats.
3. Engage with the Core Curriculum revision process and the Center for Teaching Excellence to integrate library expertise into curriculum design, teaching practice, and program assessment.
4. Cultivate a broader instructional presence through intentional outreach to new, early-career, and less-engaged faculty.
