If you are interested in graduate or law housing for the 2025–2026 academic year, applications will be available via your Housing Portal starting Wednesday, March 19, 2025. To access the application, log into your MySCU and select the SCU Housing tile, or go directly to the housing portal homepage and login using your Student ID (which begins with 077 and is 11 digits long).
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and housing assignments are made based on availability at the time of submission. In order for your application to be considered complete, you must electronically sign the Graduate or Law Housing Contract, complete the housing preference form, respond to application questions, and submit the $500 housing deposit—all within the online application system.
- The priority deadline for returning graduate/law residents is Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
- Those who meet this deadline will receive their placement notification on April 30, 2025.
- New applicants are strongly encouraged to apply by 5:00 PM on May 14, 2025, as we cannot guarantee housing after this date.
- Applications received after May 14, 2025 will be notified of their placement during the last week of June, while those submitted after the first week of June will be reviewed and assigned on a rolling basis.
