The graduate Neighborhood Unit located at 553 Franklin Street is a private residence within a couple of blocks from campus that can accommodate up to five students in single rooms. This house provides a community living atmosphere with fully furnished common areas and bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample parking. This house offers on‐site laundry facilities. Water, gas, electricity, and garbage utilities are included in the lease and are billed per academic term. Cable and Internet are NOT included. A minimum 10‐month contract is required.
