Marilyn Utz brings more than two decades of experience in learning technology, digital systems, and technical training to her role as Manager of Programs and Learning Management Systems at MOBI. She focuses on creating learning environments that are intuitive, scalable, and accessible, supporting meaningful and effective experiences for students and partners.
Drawing on her work with Santa Clara University and her expertise in content/learning management systems and accessibility standards, Marilyn supports the delivery of programs that expand access to entrepreneurship education worldwide.
Prior to joining MOBI, Marilyn worked as a technical trainer and founded a successful web design business, where she led digital strategy and program delivery for a wide range of clients. She also founded United and Together, a nonpartisan initiative dedicated to fostering dialogue across perspectives, and launched the Healing the Divide podcast to promote empathy, active listening, and constructive conversation.
Across her work, Marilyn is committed to making complex systems more human-centered by simplifying technology, improving accessibility, and creating learning experiences where people feel supported and included.
