Trish is an educational programming expert, specializing in strategy and development, including curriculum, communication and organizational planning, leadership, community outreach, partner building and collaboration, learning management systems (LMS), and project management, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship education and training.
As Senior Director, Institute Relations and Program Development, for the My Own Business Institute (MOBI), Trish identifies, forms, and fosters MOBI’s impactful partnerships around the world and leads strategy for MOBI including programming, curriculum, and organizational planning. In her role Trish drives growth, engagement, and success for MOBI partners and their constituents as well as bringing MOBI’s free entrepreneurship education to people around the world who need and want it most.
Previously as director of MOBI, Trish managed the transition of the world’s leading provider of free online education to Santa Clara University (SCU). In this capacity she developed course and resource programming, including website and LMS construction, established communication processes, and fostered student and partner relationships. Prior to joining MOBI, Trish served as Assistant Director of Career Management for Graduate Programs at the SCU Leavey School of Business.
Previously, Trish gained expertise in communication and entrepreneurship through several leadership positions working with entrepreneurs including manager of the Crews Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Memphis and marketing director of the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Master of Science in Corporate Communications.
Trish is an avid outdoor athlete and enjoys mountain biking, running and hiking.
