Santa Clara University Ranked No. 63 Nationally in U.S. News & World Report's 2025 Best Colleges
SANTA CLARA, Calif., September 24, 2024—Santa Clara University has been recognized as one of the nation’s top universities, ranking No. 63 in the prestigious U.S. News & World Report 2025 Best Colleges rankings. This placement in the top 15% of 500 American universities solidifies SCU’s position as a leading institution of higher learning, known for its commitment to academic excellence, ethical leadership, and a strong sense of community.
Santa Clara was again recognized among the top 20 schools nationally for the quality of its undergraduate teaching, ranking No. 17 nationally. The Undergraduate Business Program moved up five positions to No. 65, with its programs in finance, entrepreneurship, accounting, and management information systems identified for their rigorous curriculum and real-world applications. The Undergraduate Psychology and Undergraduate Computer Science programs also improved their positions in the 2025 rankings.
