Sabbatical Applications Are Now Open
Current Application Guidelines
- By October 3, 2025, faculty submit sabbatical applications via this link. To see an example of the prompts required in the application, please refer to this document.
- On or around October 10, 2025, the materials become available to the Sabbatical Review Committee and Department Chairs.
- By October 28, 2025, Chairs should review the quality of the application, discuss any staffing concerns with the Dean’s office, and then complete their approval.
- By November 14, 2025, the Dean’s office will make their recommendation to the Provost’s Office.
- By December 12, 2025, the Provost’s Office notifies the applicants of the decision via email.
