Chi-Yun Hsu with the Mathematics and Computer Science Department has received a $10,800 award from the American Mathematical Society to support her project "On Properties of Partial Eigenvarieties."
The project intends to investigate two questions on the topic of p-adic modular forms. The first question asks to establish various properties of the partial Hilbert eigenvarieties. The second question asks whether Yoshida lifts lie in the image of a certain p-adic theta operator.
