NCWCA Conferences at SCU
The HUB participates annually in the Northern California Writing Centers Association (NCWCA) conference. In both 2016 and 2018, Denise K. Krane was the Conference Chair. As conference hosts, The HUB encouraged the sharing of current research on writing center studies, built partnerships among regional centers, and enhanced awareness about writing center studies and practices throughout the SCU community.

The HUB hosted the Northern California Writing Centers Association Conference on April 7th, 2018. The conference's theme--an unconference--celebrated the innovation prevalent in writing centers and in Silicon Valley.
