Summer is moving by so quickly. We are delighted to be welcoming the Law Students back to campus this month, and to see more recreational users in the facility. Our summer camp will wrap up on August 2 and then the courts will no longer be impacted by the little users but by our upcoming bleacher project.
All locker holders in the General Locker room please clear your lockers by Sunday, Sept. 22. Lockers will reopen Monday, Sept. 23 after we clean and change locks on Sunday evening. We have many more things happening this month and they are noted below in more detail. Enjoy your last few weeks of summer. Our September News will be the week of September 9 after Labor Day due to vacation schedules.

Monday-Thursday: 6:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Pool hours are based on lifeguard availability and change weekly. Please use the calendar to keep up to date with pool hours. |
 | The Malley Center will be closed Monday, September 4 for the Labor Day holiday. We will reopen Tuesday, September 3 at 6:30 a.m. The pool will also be closed for the holiday.
All outdoor spaces, except Bellomy Field (due to the turf replacement project), will be open for use during our closure. |
 | As a reminder for all students, as you get back to campus this fall, if you are not registered for summer classes, you must purchase a summer membership to gain access until the first day of classes. Visit our membership page for further information about membership types and rates. There are a variety of options based on the dates that you are in the Santa Clara area and would like access to the facility. |
 | All Courts will be impacted with Bronco Kids All Sports Camp July 29-August 2 for our final session of camp. Courts will not be available 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-4 p.m. (courts will be open for recreational use before 9 a.m., 12-1 p.m., and after 4 p.m.).
Thank you to Capitol Projects for the support for this one of two projects that will begin Monday - as of August 5-September 13, Courts 1 and 3 will be closed/impacted beginning at 6:30 a.m. Monday-Friday to remove and update the benches. After Thursday, August 15, half of Court 1 will be closed to store the new bleachers. |
 | Summer Construction projects will ramp up this month. EVA continues to be around the Malley Center and thanks for your patience getting to the facility.
Monday, August 5, Bellomy Field will close for the turf replacement. The project is anticipated to be completed Friday, Sept. 27 pending any delays. We can not wait to host our first IM events and Club Sport games on the new turf this fall quarter.
The track will be impacted due to this work on Bellomy Field - Astroturf will be blocking off the track at our maintenance gate for the field and all users of the track will need to make a u-turn at the barricades until the project is complete.
And as noted above the Malley Center Bleacher project will begin on the courts. We are thankful for the university's support for these changes & can not wait to have the updated areas. |
 | We have lockers available in ALL locker rooms, at this time, and the rate is prorated in the summer to $25 for the half-size locker. Each locker room has a general locker room and faculty & staff-only room. Faculty and staff show your ACCESS credential to gain the code for the faculty & staff locker room from the Front Desk Staff. All lockers in the General Locker Room (even if held by a faculty/staff) must be cleared by Sunday, September 22.
Monday, September 23 lockers will be available first come first serve for the annual rate of $60.
If you are a faculty/staff member with a locker in the faculty and staff room you will be receiving an email this month with the locker renewal process. After you receive this email you will be able to renew your locker with the Front Desk Staff. |
