3/10/23 - Academic Records Now Live in Workday
TO: All SCU Undergraduate Students
Dear Students:
As many of you are already aware, Santa Clara University is moving from eCampus to the Workday Student information system. Workday is currently live in production found on your MySCU Workday tile, but it's important to note that Fall 2023 will be the first term you will register for courses in Workday. All Spring 23 and Summer 23 term enrollments will still be in eCampus.
Some of you have already been looking at your academic record in Workday, which is great, but we want to make you aware of some important points as you review your record:
- What you know as your "Degree Audit" in eCampus is now called your "Academic Progress Report" in Workday.
- Course enrollment information in Workday will include your Winter 23 term courses but not your Spring 23 term courses yet (spring and summer coursework will be converted over to Workday at later dates).
- Recent changes or additions to your major/minor/concentration (known in Workday as "Programs of Study") will not be displayed yet in Workday.
- Some academic requirement exceptions and/or waivers are not yet appearing in Workday, as we continue to make updates in the system.
- You will be receiving more thorough information soon that includes many resources to assist you in exploring and managing the Workday system, along with instructions on the initial onboarding steps required to gain full access and registration eligibility in Workday.
- Official transcripts will still be requested in eCampus through this coming summer term.
As mentioned, more detailed information and instructions will be provided to you soon. In the meantime, if you have questions that aren't answered by the information above, please submit a message by Clicking Here (use this form for discrepancies you find, but for general questions, please send an email to workdaystudent-group@scu.edu.
Happy Workday Exploration!
