AiM is our Integrated Workplace Management system. This system manages all service requests, scheduling, space management and more for the University Operations Division. For Campus Customers this system will allow you to enter service requests online and track them through to completion. We also allow users to view space information for campus buildings as well as costs associated to their requested work orders.
Training
We offer in-person training sessions as well as how-to guides for the Customer features in AiM. To get set up with an AiM account, email Facilities-CSC@scu.edu. AiM maintains all Asset Records associated with vital pieces of University equipment including:
- Boilers
- Generators
- Air Conditioners
- Onity Locks
- First Aid Kits
- Vehicles
Each record is noted by a unique identifier and all useful information pertaining to that specific unit can be stored for reference and tracking.
AiM is our campus-wide system for customers to enter Service Requests online. This is an easy service that allows customers to enter and track requests from entry to completion. AiM allows preventive maintenance work to be scheduled based on a specified frequency to make certain that all equipment is performing at full capacity. Preventive maintenance includes tests, measurements, adjustments, and parts replacement. Preventive maintenance reduces the occurrences of equipment failure and ensures the continuing operation of the university.
AiM houses all campus space data and is accessible by all campus customers. It provides helpful information about properties that is easily accessible including:
- Square Footage
- Organizational Occupancy
- Room Usage
- Contact Information
This information can be translated into space data reports including space usage statistics to ensure sufficient Facility space to accommodate the needs of the students, faculty, and staff.
AiM allows all University Operations employees to view a list of their current and past projects and tasks along with their due date. Employees may also enter specific hours worked on each project and the days worked. It is easily accessed online in order to view them when and where ever they may be needed.
