Administrative Associate
Position Description:
- Responsible for the University Operations accounting needs and managing the Customer Service Center.
Direct Responsibilities:
- Responds to University Operations accounting needs, process accounts payable, utility charges, and department budgets.
- Responsible for supervising the customer service center that provides front-line support for maintenance requests, events, and access control to the campus community.

- Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University
