Rules and Regulations
Building Modifications
No part of the building may be modified such as, but not limited to:
- Building bulbs or light fixtures cannot be modified with alternate lights or disabled
- Ceiling tiles shall not be removed or lifted
- Doors shall not be propped open
Decorations
- Decorations cannot be hung from the T-Bar metal framing
- Holiday trees and other greenery shall be artificial
- Holiday trees shall not be put up earlier than December 1
Emergency Equipment
- Decorations shall not block or cover any part of the fire alarm system including the fire sprinkler head, smoke detector or other fire system devices
- Fire extinguishers on the wall and in cabinets, fire hose, fire pull stations, emergency lights and exit light shall not be covered or obstructed from being seen at distance
- Safety signs such as fire extinguisher arrows, fire hose signs, fire pull station signs and elevator signs shall not be covered by decorations or obstructed at any time
Exits
- Exits shall not be blocked or hidden at any time
Natural Material
- Material such as corn hay, leaves and corn stalks shall not be used due to their combustible nature
- Other materials such as gourds, pumpkins and squash are permitted.
