All Emergency Requests should be called into the Facilities Front Desk immediately. Facilities responds to emergencies 24 hours a day at (408) 554-4742.

- Broken water pipes /flooding areas
- Broken windows, exposing sharp edges
- Chemical or Hazardous Material spills

- Roof/Ceiling tiles leaking
- Severe plumbing problems
Non-Life Threatening Emergency
- All Maintenance emergencies should be directed to Facilities immediately at (408) 554-4742
- All Non-Maintenance emergencies should be directed to Campus Safety at (408) 554-4444

We provide services such as general maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, and handyman services. Students, faculty, and staff can request these services online.

Placing a Maintenance Request
Requests can be submitted by a Customer Request through AiM, by phone at (408) 554-4742 or by emailing Facilities-CSC@scu.edu.
When submitting a request please provide the following information:
- Requester Name and Extension
- Building and Room
- Description of the Problem
- Special Instructions
