Stockroom

The Stockroom is located in the Facilities building and is supervised by the Stockroom manager, Andy Hernandez, with support by shipping and receiving clerk Jesus Reynoso-Jimenez. The area serves as the main storage location for parts, tools, and manuals used several Facilities crews. Crew members have the ability to check out special tools needed for unique jobs provided by the stockroom, request any part held in stock, as well as request non-stock items through various catalogs and suppliers that we maintain inside the area.  

Preventative Maintenance

With the help of our Facilities Work Management System, AiM by AssetWorks, we are able to generate material requests based on when scheduled maintenance is to occur.  This means that parts are pre-ordered and ready for building maintenance crew members when the job is assigned to them. With this process, we are able to be more efficient, as well as continue to be prepared for service, repairs, and unexpected pop-ups.
