Donut Dayrit, MA, MS is a doctoral candidate pursuing her PsyD in Clinical Psychology at the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium in Palo Alto, CA. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She has provided therapy to individuals, groups, and couples from diverse backgrounds in university, community mental health, and medical center settings. She approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and cultural humility and is committed to creating a compassionate and affirming space where clients feel seen and understood. She draws from psychodynamic, ACT, narrative, and emotion-focused approaches in helping clients cultivate self-compassion and navigate the world around them through the lens of their unique identities. Outside of her clinical work, Donut enjoys working out, watching movies, and playing video games.
