Zhang earned her Ph.D. in quantitative marketing from The Ohio State University. Her research centers on developing new methodologies in marketing, particularly in the areas of mediation analysis and causal inference. Her work employs advanced econometric models and Bayesian inference to gain insights into consumer decision-making and marketing effectiveness. Currently, her research investigates how text analysis and causal inference methods can enhance our understanding of consumer behavior in dynamic markets.
