Director, People Operations at Google
Andrea Florence is a seasoned leader and Director in People Operations at Google. She has worked in the tech industry for 18 years across roles in sales, marketing events, program management, HR and recruiting and is a certified coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She currently leads global Intern Programs for Google and is responsible for identifying, developing and hiring talent to fuel Google’s growth, products and services. She’s a graduate of Santa Clara University with a BA in Communications and minor in Sociology.
