Research
Work in my laboratory aims to uncover novel differentiation and virulence determinants of Toxoplasma gondii, a very common parasite of medical and veterinary importance worldwide. We investigate the molecular regulation of gene expression during Toxoplasma development and the pathogenic processes that occur at the host-pathogen interface in the intestines.
