Emma Bario, Class of 2023

Emma has started a full time position at AIDS Healthcare Foundation, a global nonprofit founded during the HIV epidemic in 1987.

Since graduating in June, Emma has started a full time position at AIDS Healthcare Foundation, a global nonprofit founded during the HIV epidemic in 1987. She is currently working as a project manager within the marketing department, using her Women's and Gender Studies degree to inform the work she does each day. Besides starting a new job, Emma has also been busy settling back home in Los Angeles, spending time with friends, and using her extra free time post-grad to pursue creative projects. Eventually she plans to return to school to complete a master's degree, but for now, she's enjoying a well-deserved break after finishing her undergraduate program at SCU.
