Intermediate Spanish students collaborate for Day of the Dead
Students from Lucia Varona’s Intermediate Spanish with Experiential Learning collaborated with the mothers from Washington Elementary School in putting up the Day of the Dead altar. Students share with the mothers of that school 16 hours a quarter practicing Spanish and learning about different Latin American cultures.
