Jason Gallardo

Jason Gallardo is a DMA student at the University of Colorado Boulder, pursuing a degree in Choral Conducting and Literature. From 2017 - 2022, he was the Associate Choir Director at Benold Middle School in Georgetown, TX. Before that he was the Assistant Choir Director at Shoemaker High School in Killeen, TX. From 2011-2022, he was a contract musician at St. Louis Catholic Church in Austin, TX, where he was Tenor Section Leader for the Parish Choir, Compline Singer, Associate Director of Choral Vespers, and director of the Magnificat Women’s Choir. He received his B.S. in Sound Recording Technology and M.M. in Choral Conducting from Texas State University. He currently lives in Superior, CO with his wife Vanessa, and their dog and cat, Theodore and Dottie; but he is looking forward to living in Santa Clara, CA!
