Erick Ramirez is a Nicaraguan born philosopher interested in all things moral psychology (moral judgment, sentimentalism, emotion, and psychopathology). His current research centers on exploring interdisciplinary issues involving the ethics of developing and using virtual reality technologies. He is especially interested in the ethics of using VR for experiments, empathy enhancement, and behavioral modification. Erick is also developing virtual reality modules of classic thought experiments which can be downloaded from his personal website.
