Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Social

The Society of Physics Students and Women in Physics clubs hosted a Nitrogen Ice Cream Social, where science and sweets came together in the coolest way. Using liquid nitrogen at 77 Kelvin, students froze ice cream ingredients in just a few minutes. Attendees enjoyed watching clouds of vapor swirl through the room as physics concepts came to life, then got to taste the results! By the end, everyone had their fill of ice cream, with plenty of people going back for seconds.
