Kalea Nash Chambers

Amia explains the meaning of Kalea’s name: “Kalea [kuh-lay-uh] is a Hawaiian name meaning 'happiness and joy,' which encapsulates all that she has brought and will continue to bring into our lives. Her name symbolizes brightness and optimism, and embodies the aloha spirit, which has a deep appreciation for and connection to people, nature, and culture. As parents, we hope to instill and support a life for her filled with happiness, joy, and optimism.”

We couldn’t be happier for Dr. Nash Chambers and family - and look out for Dr. Nash Chamber’s new Public Health advocacy class in Spring 2026!
