College of Arts & Sciences
Interfolio will be used for annual and multi-year faculty activities reports in all schools except the School of Law beginning in Fall 2023. To assist the departments in the College of Arts and Sciences that have not yet used Faculty180 and Interfolio for annual review, the Acting Provosts have made the following accommodation for full professors, who would have the longest period of historical material to upload.
- Full professors in the College whose FAR cycles include terms before Fall 2023 will have the option to present their supporting materials in Google Drive or in Interfolio. They would begin to use Interfolio exclusively beginning in the fall term coinciding with their next FAR submission (phase-in schedule).
- If you are a full professor and you choose Google Drive as the repository for supporting evidence for a multi-year review due between now and Fall 2027, you will upload the completed College FAR form for Full Professors only, which includes a link to your Google file folder, in the "Personal Statement" area in Faculty180, you will upload your current CV to the "CV Uploads" section in Faculty180, and then you will submit your case to your chair and dean from your Interfolio dashboard by the College deadline. The FAR workflow for the department and dean will be done in Interfolio.
The Provost's Office has hired student workers to assist faculty with the upload of teaching materials. If you would like to request student support, please contact Katie Williams, Senior Manager for Faculty Affairs, well ahead of your deadline (kfwilliams@scu.edu).
